Interview: PTSD and Law Enforcement (OpsLens, CRTV)

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is triggered when a person witnesses or experiences a traumatic event.  Most people equate PTSD with wartime service, but these triggering events don’t have to be experienced in war; the events can be encountered by law enforcement officers (LEOs) in the course of their duties.  I was able to sit down with Sheena Hutchinson to discuss PTSD from the LEO perspective.
